penis. You will need to take a note of the circumference.
If using string mark the string then lay it on a ruler to get the
circumference.
To get the diameter, take your circumference measurement and divide
by 3.14

For easier wear you can use lube or moisturiser. This will help the
ring slip on your penis easily and without any discomfort. Another
option have a hot shower and use soap and wind on into
position. It will be midly restrictive while flaccid. With an
erection it will become snug but not uncomfortable.
