HOW • TO • WEAR • THE • NIPPLE • SHIELDS :
A silver twisted nipple ring sits delicately in the center of the
star nipple shield.
Twist around your nipple for a secure fit. The ring can be opened
and closed to fit your nipple size.
You can even wear them under your clothing and they will stay on.
Not suitable if you have inverted nipples or flat nipples.

The star shields are 1.49 inches across. (3.8 cm)
For the larger size nipples the twisted ring in the center of the
shield opens up to .47 inch across. (1.2 cm)
For the smaller sizes the twisted ring winds down to .37 inch
across. (0.95 cm)
