Sold as a pair, each shield has an adjustable hand-twisted silver nipple ring in the centre. This is one of our two smaller nipple shield designs, perfect if you prefer a more petite outer shape while still enjoying the same adjustable centre opening as our larger nipple shields.

How to Wear the Nipple Shield Jewellery
Start by gently opening the twisted nipple ring located at the centre of the shield. Once your nipple is erect, place the shield over it and carefully slide the nipple through the centre. Using your fingertips, gently tighten the ring until the shield feels snug, secure and comfortable.
The hand-twisted solid silver nipple ring is both strong and flexible, allowing it to adjust comfortably around the nipple. The shields can also be worn beneath clothing. Please note that they are not suitable for inverted or flat nipples.

Small Flower Nipple Shield Sizing
The small flower nipple shields measure 1 inch (2.54 cm) across. For a larger nipple, the twisted ring in the centre opens to approximately 0.47 inch (1.2 cm) across. For a smaller fit, the twisted ring winds down to approximately 0.37 inch (0.95 cm).
The centre opening is exactly the same size as on our larger nipple shields. The difference is simply that the decorative outer flower is smaller, giving this style its more delicate, petite appearance.
