The 6-turn spiral is designed to sit just beneath the head of the penis and extend farther down the shaft than the shorter 4-turn version. At approximately 6 to 6.5cm (2.36 to 2.55 inches) long, it creates a strong, masculine jewellery look with a substantial silver presence.
The ring is made in Gauge 10 solid silver and finished with two smooth 8mm balls. A 21mm ring weighs approximately 39 grams, with the finished weight increasing as the internal diameter becomes larger.
Suitable for circumcised and uncircumcised men, the custom-made spiral can be worn beneath clothing when correctly measured.

How to Wear the Long Spiral Cock Ring
