These gold plated glans rings are designed to fit directly beneath the head of the penis. Choose Gauge 9, approximately 3.66mm thick with four solid 8mm balls, or the heavier Gauge 7, approximately 4.5mm thick with four solid 10mm balls.
On the underside of the penis, where the glans and penile shaft meet, is a sensitive area known as the frenulum. This is where the glans ring is positioned. The four smooth solid balls add pressure around the ring and can provide additional sensation while giving the jewellery its distinctive four-ball appearance.
The ring can be worn by circumcised or uncircumcised men and can be worn beneath clothing. Each piece is individually handmade to your selected internal diameter, rather than being adjusted from a standard-sized ring.

About 24ct Gold and 22ct Rose Gold Plating
Each 4 Ball Cock Ring is first handcrafted in solid 92.5% silver. It is then plated in your choice of 24ct yellow gold or 22ct rose gold. This gives the ring the rich appearance of gold while retaining the strength and substantial feel of the solid silver beneath.
How to Wear the 4 Ball Cock Ring
A little lubricant or moisturiser can make the ring easier to slide into position beneath the glans. This particular design is made from solid 92.5% silver. It is firm, but the opening can be moved by a few millimetres when fitting the ring.
The four balls can also be pushed slightly closer together for a tighter fit. Once positioned, the balls sit around the glans ring and provide additional pressure and sensation. The compact design means the ring can also be worn discreetly beneath clothing.
